The Matilde apartment has two floors: the entrance is on the same level as the garden and leads straight on to a large lounge/dining room with fireplace, sofa/double bed and table for eight people.

From this room, one can access a large 30m² terrace which overlooks the lake and environments. A big table and chairs permit the consumption of meals outside. From the lounge there is a staircase leading up to a wooden/wrought iron mezzanine with a large window offering a luminous area where there are four beds (ideal for children or a group of friends) or a large double bed according to needs.

On the same level as the lounge, a bathroom complete with bath and washing machine, and a little room (two single beds) which links the lounge to the terrace; it is in this room that the trapdoor separating the two apartments is hidden under a carpet. From this room one has direct access to the large terrace. The kitchen is completely equipped with dishwasher and microwave and has an eye-level fireplace where one can grill meals. A table for six people permits the consumption of meals in the kitchen if so desired. From this large live-in kitchen a wrought iron staircase leads up to the tower where there is a lovely room with double bed (1,60m) and bathroom with a shower.

Outside, on the level of the garden, is a vast terrace bordered with attractive terracotta vases, always full of flowers, a large barbecue, and different possibilities, according to the time of day, to have coffee in the shade or to dine in the cool of the evening around two tables (one round table for 4 or 5 people or one big rectangular table for 8). The garden furniture, chairs, lounging chairs and umbrellas are at your disposal, as is the aromatique garden where those who love cooking will find an abundance of rosmary, thyme, sage, origan, basil, laurel and melisse.
